Today, the Kinsley Library took an amazing group of kids (and one monkey) to the Sternberg Museum in Hays, Kansas! 🚍 This was a special trip they earned by placing in the top 20 for our Summer Reading program this year. 📚👏
From watching a reptile feeding frenzy 🐍 to learning why shark cartilage doesn't fossilize with our expert guide Ian 🦈🦴, the kids had a blast. They definitely earned their sweet treats afterward! 🍦
A massive thank you to USD 347 for providing the bus and driver! We couldn’t have gotten all these great kids there and back without you. ❤️ And thank you to the volunteers for coming along and helping me keep a head count.
