If you have an artifact that you would like Paige to look at, please put this event on your calendar.
Prepare to celebrate Kansas Archeology Month in April by visiting www.kansashistory.gov/events/2025/04 to learn more about the upcoming events hosted by our archeology team! You won't want to miss the presentation series called, "Ask an Archeologist: Identifying and Preserving Artifacts." Offered across the state, these events will answer fundamental questions about archeological artifacts, examine how archeology and artifacts play a role in understanding Kansas history, and explain how the public can help us preserve this history. Attendees are invited to bring their collections to these events, where our archeologists will dedicate time to identify artifacts. A maximum of five to 10 items will be examined per household and no appraisals will be given. If you cannot attend these events but would still like your artifacts identified, visit www.kansashistory.gov/14599 to learn how. #kansashistory#trowelthursday#kansasarcheologymonth#kansasarcheolgy#ksarcheology#askanarcheologist#archeologicalartifacts#exploringkansashistory
